Payments are accepted through Stripe. 

SHIPPING

Due to Covid-19 lockdowns, I am currently in Denmark and will be shipping from here. Since flights have been affected by the global pandemic, please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery. I appreciate your understanding and once again thank you for supporting small businesses like mine during these challenging times.

Items will be shipped within 1-4 days of receipt of payment. If for some reason this can’t be done, I’ll be in touch. International customers are responsible for fees, taxes, and duties that may apply.

PLEASE NOTE: Your free shipping doesn’t come with tracking. You have the option of choosing tracked shipping during checkout at an extra cost.

If your package doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact me and I’ll do my best to rectify the situation. However, please be aware that during these times, a parcel isn’t considered ‘lost’ in the post until a full 90 days from the date of shipping.

PRODUCT DETAILS

I endeavour to display the true colours of all products accurately.  However, I cannot guarantee that the colour will replicate how it appeared to you on-screen as all computer monitors display differently.

Products are subject to availability. I attempt to ensure that stock levels are accurate at all times, but if on the rare occasion a product is found to be out of stock, I will get in touch and refund the payment.

Due to the handmade nature of the products, dimensions may vary on individual pieces.

WRAPPING AND PACKAGING

Each order comes with a card explaining my botanical dyeing process and how your product is unique.

I recycle clean packaging and envelopes whenever possible to minimise my footprint. In an attempt to reduce plastic, any plastic packaging you may receive has been reused from another source and I hope you can re-use it again wherever possible.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

I like happy customers :-) But if for some reason you’re not happy with your purchase, please contact me within 10 days of receiving your order for a full refund (excluding postage and handling).

Please ensure that the item is returned in the original condition for your refund.
